We want you to LOVE your purchase, but we understand sometimes you order something, try it on, or place it in your
home, and decide you don’t like it, or it just doesn’t fit the way you wanted it to! We can help, here are all the FAQs
about returns.

RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned for an in-store or online credit only within 14 calendar days of the date your
order was fulfilled. Return items must have original tags and be free of any stains or odors and clothing needs to be
unworn and unwashed.

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED: Gift cards, intimates/bralettes, bath bombs, jewelry, hats, furniture, seasonal, and
clearance items. Items that are worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc.

EXCHANGES: Due to limited quantities of unique sizes & styles we cannot guarantee an exchange, but you can stop in to
see if we have a different size/style available. However, we will issue you a credit, and if the correct size/style is
available, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are unable to “hold” merchandise.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of
receiving it and send a photo to manchester@realdeals.net

TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Read our return policy to ensure your return qualifies.
2. Bring your item back to us in-store or ship back to us within 14 days of purchase (at the customer’s expense)
Please note: The shoe box cannot be used as the shipping container. If you are shipping your items back
provide your name, phone number, and proof of purchase with your return.
3. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your mailed return.
